God is our hope.

Nahum 1:7 KJV

7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

We never know what might happen to us or those we love. Life really can change in an instant. While we might not know what to do when things happen, I’m so thankful to have a God who holds, comforts, and guides me.

With God, we are never alone. He comes to us during the scariest, most painful moments and gives us what we need. His presence is comforting. While He might not change our circumstances, He can speak peace to our troubled hearts and minds. 

One scripture can change everything. I can’t even express the power of a scripture from God during hard times. It is so powerful when God speaks words of love and comfort with us. 

He gives us HOPE.

If we have hope, we can take another step and go a little further. Hope encourages us that it can get better. Hope helps us to pray and trust God to do what is best for us.
