When You Don’t Know What to Do

Have you ever stood in the valley of indecision?

Sometimes it’s really tough to know what to do. We make the majority of our decisions based on our knowledge and wisdom. But what we fail to see is God. He works behind the scenes for us.

When the enemy attacks, God has a battle plan.

One of the most comforting things for me to remember in times of uncertainty and fear is that God isn’t afraid. He knows what to do and how to do it. And He always works things out in a way that is best for me.

To live our best life, we have to trust Him.

God cares about us. He cares about every beautiful detail of our lives. God genuinely wants what is best for us. He doesn’t want us to get by barely, but rather thrive and shine in the world.

The only way we can truly do that is to follow the Lord with complete trust and faith.

Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Imagine if Daniel had given in when the King made a decree not to pray. Daniel didn’t give in to fear but instead proceeded in faith and trust in God. It was the same with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. They stood for the Lord, even when their lives were in danger, and it seemed hopeless because God was their hope.

When the enemy starts raging in our lives, we need to remember who our God is. He is a waymaker, deliverer, comforter, and loving God. He wants to give us the miraculous moments as well.

Sometimes God allows things to happen to remind us and others of His power and ability. He lets it reach a point where it becomes impossible to show us what is possible in His hands.

God is our breakthrough. He is the answer to every heartache and prayer. When we take it all to Him, all through our days, in prayer, God will help us.

God won’t leave us in pain. He will show up for us and help us just like He did those in the Bible.

If you don’t know where to start, sweet friends, start with prayer. It is the way to reach God. If you don’t know what to say, God understands your tears and the groanings of your heart.

Romans 8:26 KJV

26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
