According to Your Faith

Do you have the kind of faith that expects miracles?

When our faith is tested and stands firm, it produces a testimony that helps others.

We can tell people that we love God and trust Him, but sometimes we just need to show them. We do this when our actions align with our words and beliefs. Faith is alive. It is meant to be lived.

Matthew 9:28-29 KJV

28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

29 Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

What would the outcome be if it was according to your faith?

I don’t know about you, but this question makes me stop and truly examine my thoughts and actions. If God brought my prayer request before me and answered it in accordance with my faith, what would happen?

As we grow in believing that God is able, we position our hearts to receive what He wants to do in our lives. The enemy tries to make us believe that our doubts are normal and even necessary, but they are dangerous. While we can’t help what happens to us or what comes to mind, we can choose what we will believe.

God will help us with this. When we feel doubts, we can take each one to God. We can ask Him to give us a Godly, truth-filled perspective of whatever we are struggling with. Faith comes by hearing. Therefore, we need to listen to the word of God.

I believe every word recorded in my Bible. Therefore, I want to apply it to my life. I want to live as if I believe it.

When we start examining our thoughts against God’s word, it brings such clarity and comfort. We don’t have to live according to the enemy’s lies. God will give us the truth and even the faith to believe if we seek Him.
